The first “kiosk” for a girl dedicated to selling sweets and drinks in Salfit

Salfit - Nisaa FM - Together- A mobile kiosk that carries big dreams for the young woman, Bayan Mashhour, from the village of Farkha in Salfit Governorate, who, after persistence and hardship, began to realize her dreams in order to find a job opportunity that suits her simple capabilities.

Bayan Mashhour, 23 years old, is the first young woman to work in a "kiosk" selling sweets, pastries, donuts, crepes, waffles, and cold drinks in Salfit Governorate.

Bayan said, “I finished my university studies, majoring in accounting and business administration, from Al-Quds Open University, a few days ago, and my fears were that there would not be a job opportunity for me within the field of my university specialization. This made me look for an idea outside the box to achieve my dreams with my small project.”

Regarding the idea of ​​her project, the girl, Mashhour, indicated that she was keen to find an unconventional project idea, especially in Salfit Governorate, which prompted her to open a mobile “kiosk”, due to the lack of places in the region specialized in making this type of sweets, explaining that the majority of the “kiosks” serve drinks. Hot corn only in other provinces.

She adds with a tone of pride that she received encouragement and support from her family, because she is very proficient in preparing sweets and cold drinks, noting that she is the first young woman to work in this.

Bayan pointed out that she has a great passion for preparing sweets and cold drinks, stressing that she offers them at a lower price than restaurants and shops, with the aim of winning customers and taking into account the economic conditions in the region.

Bayan explained that the reason she chose to work in a kiosk on the main street is because most girls work to market what they do through social media platforms, noting that she will work hard to develop her project.
