·
Dr. Abdul Hamid Alsepele, consultant in gynecology explained to us how to get the body ready for child bearing what to do and not to do, along with
a number of ways to be physicaly prepared to have a child.

Even prior to pregnancy, you should be followed by a doctor as soon as you know you wish to conceive. Indeed, if you are taking some medications, you might have to stop, some of them need to be carefully avoided. In addition vaccination against diseases are necessary, and can help prevent the risk of miscarriages.

Make sure to take vitamins before pregnancy, and be followed by a dentist in addition to your gynecologist. Watch for your menstrual cycle it will let you know the best times to try to get pregnant.

·      Choose a balanced diet, alcohol and drugs banned, and do not forget to take folic acid supplements.

·      Make sure you exercise regularly, and begin to practice exercises to open the pelvis, while minimizing the consumption of caffeine, and staying away from smoking, you need to relax.

·      Imbalanced hormone is responsible for the growth of the egg and its fertilization. You may ask the doctor to prescribe you certain medications to favor the process.
Working less is important; taking a holiday to increase the chance of pregnancy and once again: relax!

·      Women who smoke during pregnancy run the risk of having an underweight newborn, if not dead in the womb.

·      Exposure to smoke is also a risk for the unborn child, it might affect the growth of the brain, mental capacity and mental health of the child

·      Be careful with pesticides and agricultural chemicals or heavy metals such as mercury, lead, or plastic, they can all pre-empt the growth of the fetus before it is born and cause infertility.

·      These chemicals slows the growth and movement of cells, and also the growth of the egg in a woman's body

·      Beware of pets that have parasite Altotxo plasma, a disease which can have a very bad impact.

·      You can calculate the duration of pregnancy in two ways: from the first day of your last menstrual cycle, or weeks of pregnancy; both way work, though the first one is adopted globally. Experience has shown that 90% of women deliver between 276-296 days of pregnancy.

·      The color of the eyes of the child are difficult to identify in advance because there are approximately twenty genes that control the color of the eye, and therefore, all the possibilities are numerous.

·      Blood type is determined from the first moment that the sperm of the father merges with the mother's egg, it is not necessarily the blood type of one of the parents.
