Ramallah- Nisaa FM - Areen Bahour S.B. '16 has joined the board of the MIT AAA as the Director of Campus Engagement. Areen grew up in Palestine and moved to the Boston area to pursue her degree in Chemical Engineering at MIT. Upon graduation, Areen transitioned to a career in tech in which she focuses on software implementation and professional services. In parallel to her career, Areen brings a lot of community-building and organizing experience, having worked on several initiatives to support the Palestinian and Arab community, including serving on the board of the Boston Palestine Film Festival.
