Tired of your bags and leather items? Using permanent, waterproof and bendable paint, Palestinian born artist Janan Shihadeh Janan studio turns them into masterpieces.

Ramallah - Nisaa FM - For the past 30 years Janan Shihadeh has specialized in bespoke murals and hand decorated furniture, and she has also created a successful line of handmade, decorative candles. Educated in the United States and the United Kingdom, Janan began her artistic career in Washington DC, painting building facades.

Around 2013, she moved to Dubai and started customising luxury goods when a friend accidentally spilled coffee on her white Balenciaga bag. So she painted a geisha lady with flowers on it.

She is also the official customiser for LV in the Middle East.
